- Pull jammed sheets slowly in the direction they'd normally feed, never backward.
- Check for small torn scraps left behind, then reload paper and power back on.

Printer shows offline
Wi-Fi & connection- Confirm the printer's Wi-Fi light is solid, not blinking or off.
- Restart your router and the printer, then wait a full minute before reconnecting.
- On your computer, remove the printer and re-add it from your device list.
- Set it as the default printer again if a second "offline" copy appears.

Print job stuck in queue
